Ohio Teacher Accused of Sex with Student

A Mansfield Choice Academies teacher fired in October was sexually involved with an underage student, according to a Richland County Common Pleas Court indictment released Monday.

Noelle Devlin, 31, was arrested Monday on a warrant related to an indictment charging her with 15 counts of sexual battery, third-degree felonies, and 14 counts of child endangering, first-degree misdemeanors, court documents show.

Devlin was booked into the Richland County Jail.
