Texas Educator Charged with Nasty
(Austin, Texas) A former coach at Bowie High School, Tiffany Howard, has been accused of engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a female student.
Police said the improper relationship occurred during the student's freshman year of high school.Howard was arrested and faces a possible 20 years in prison.
