Pennsylvania Counselor in Big Trouble
(McKeesport, Pennsylvania) A licensed professional counselor, Lisa Wally, has been accused of running an overbilling scheme in which she illegally netted more than $600,000.
Wally faces counts of insurance fraud, theft by deception and unlawful use of a computer.
