Teacher Arrested For Indecent Liberties

(Chesterfield, Virginia) A 39-year-old special education teacher at L.C. Bird High School, Kimberly Anmarie Padua, was arrested Wednesday and charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor by a person in a custodial relationship.

For some reason, the Chesterfield County School authorities are not releasing any information which has upset some parents of students. They have been having to rely on the media for information about their school system. Consequently, few details about Padua and her alleged offenses are available.

Padua bonded out of jail and is scheduled to appear in Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court next Wednesday.
