Woman Guilty of Sex with Boys, 13 and 14

(Steubenville, Ohio) In August 2006, 26-year-old Crystal McGrath, aka Crystal Stewarz, was arrested and pleaded not guilty to two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with two boys, ages 13 and 14. In October, Crystal D. McGrath was indicted on the charges.

Reportedly, mother of four McGrath got drunk with the boys and had sex. The boys' parents notified the authorities.

This week, in accordance with an agreement between the defense and prosecution, McGrath pleaded guilty to having sex with the two boys. In exchange, McGrath will be sentenced to nine months incarceration. Formal sentencing is expected next week.
