Teachers Arrested for Booze Parties with Kids

(Pueblo, Colorado) Last March, a 35-year-old language arts teacher at Pueblo South High School, Amanda Tilley, was placed on paid administrative leave for allegedly providing alcohol to students.

This week, Tilley and security guard Joseph Borjon, 24, were arrested after surrendering to authorities. Warrants had been issued for each of them on two felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors.

From KOAA.com:
Tilley and Borjon are accused of throwing parties at Tilley's house and supplying alcohol to dozens of high school students. So far, 54 charges of providing alcohol to minors are filed against 3 school district employees, 18 charges each. The other employee is Corwin Middle School teacher Daniel Zufall, 24. He has since resigned.
According to Pueblo District Attorney Bill Thiebaut, additional charges may be filed after interviews with students are completed.
