Couple Trades Tattoos for Child Sex

(North Royalton, Ohio) A local couple, 46-year-old William Blanchard and 32-year-old Vina Reed, have been indicted for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Blanchard and Reed allegedly engaged in and photographed sexual relations with a 15-year-old girl. They were arrested on June 29th.

Investigators indicated that Blanchard offered tattoos on a MySpace.com web page to lure children to his home. When the youngsters showed up, they were given alcohol and offered tattoos in exchange for sex.

A search of the couple's home resulted in investigators finding additional pictures of of other teen girls. The couple's computer was seized for examination. The investigation continues with police hinting that there may be more victims.

Blanchard and Reed are currently in jail.
