(Appleton, Wisconsin) A 20-year-old pregnant woman, Lacy L. Sommers, pleaded not guilty yesterday to engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy who she said is the father of her unborn child.
Outagamie County Judge Michael Gage scheduled a two-day trial in April for Lacy L. Sommers, 20, who prosecutors say had sex with the boy between November 2007 and April 2008 when she was 19. The boy turned 14 Nov. 7.Sommers is free on $10,000 bond.
The boy told investigators he had sex with Sommers, and she told them she knew it was wrong but she was in love with the boy. Both Sommers and the boy said they think he’s the father of her unborn child, the criminal complaint says.

Sommers is pregnant again allegedly by the same boy.
