Senior Citizen Busted for Crack Cocaine

(Perry County, Pennsylvania) A 69-year-old New Bloomfield woman, Judith Ann Drum, has been arrested for allegedly selling crack cocaine to an undercover officer.

She has been charged with two counts each of delivery and possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
In February, members of the Perry County Drug Task Force arranged to buy crack from Drum on two occasions, one in Newport and one Duncannon, records state.

Before the Duncannon buy, officers followed Drum to Harrisburg where she picked up the cocaine from a man at a McDonald’s parking lot along Division Street, records state.
Drum was booked into custody at the Cumberland County Prison with bail set at $25,000.
